There was already a situation with one of Diddy's cases where the Judge said that one of the Jane Does had to reveal their identity or he would dismiss the case. The Jane Doe had no choice and ended up identifying herself.
It will most likely be the same thing for this one too, especially if the judge believes that Buzzbee's client may be attempting to smear Jay's name.
So this may end up working in Alex Shapiro's favor.
