He might have I don’t remember, but also a project that came out in 2013 which is still a very different world than the one we currently live in. Apple Music hadn’t even launched yet iirc.
I don’t think that Jay doesn’t care at all about charts, I think we’re being overly literal about this. I think he’s ultimately just saying that the one thing you have over me does not matter as much to me as it does to you.

1. You don't know what a line graph is. If you Google $SPCE, you'll see a line graph that shows what the share price started and ended at at open and close. It's anot relative to any other company's valuation and as such cannot be used as a basis of comparison.
2. There's a pie chart that shows how your resources are allocated. It's not representative of your net worth. It's also not relative to any other person's net worth and as such cannot be used as a basis of comparison.

I can understand the sellout angle for sure, cause there are a number of labels/rappers that I feel did better then him when it comes to business/making sure his team was good etc. As far as maintaining his status as a heavyweight in music goes, he's an icon.
