I mean he released an official trailer advertising it's release in January and he never said anything about it being pushed back so we have no reason to believe it wouldn't drop in Jan.

The album is most likely already turned in and signed off on by the label. An artist that huge isn't just releasing trailers with a date based on a guess of when it might be released..
