It’s not about being special. Non binary people are trying to live comfortably in their own existence and skin. It, and other gender identities included, only seems “special” because it’s so ridiculously demonized and broadcasted as irregular and illogical. Like you’re just perpetuating that cycle by acting this way. Have you ever personally even been so much as approached or talked to by a non binary person in person and they acted any type of way? be honest
i worked at a food place recently and felt bad when what appeared to be just a gay dude came up to me and i said "wus good bro" and then mf started giving their order in a feminine voice and then gave me a gender ambiguous name (a la jamie or some s***)

but other than that ive never had an interaction with a nonbinary person to my knowledge lol. bc its none of my business if someone is nonbinary unless im f***ing them
