i used to dislike Craig as bond but rewatching these films after all these years he was amazing,i hope they give him a proper classic send-off
Saw casino royale for like the 30th time yesterday in theaters and it’s amazing how I always find new things (especially with the bigger screenreally showcasing the facial expressions dialogue etc.) Craig and the casts acting this eras been so good
excited to watch skyfall in theaters next weekend. (Wish they were showing Quantum

Not at AMC to my knowledge which is unfortunate because I’m a stubs member
It’s crazy how the world premiere is tomorrow and we really know extremely little about the actual plot of the movie. I think there’s gonna be a lot of surprises that haven’t been hinted at in the trailers/marketing and I’m stoked.
Also interested to see the reviews starting after the premiere tomorrow… obviously I’m gonna make up my own mind but I’ll still be interested to see if this is acclaimed similarly to Casino Royale & Skyfall, or more mixed like QoS & Spectre.
Wait this comes out this week!?
In the UK it’s out on Thursday. Comes out in the US the following week

You have stubs or A list? I have A list so I was confused about differences

Idk the one that lets you see 3 movies a week for 20$ a month

A quick search says A List is basically an Upgraded Stubs and contains everything that’s Stubs did plus seeing 3 movies a week
just saw Casino Royale in theaters and it was the first time ive seen the movie since it came out and i was like 8 years old when it did
was basically like seeing a brand new movie and wow was it just plain incredible. I also remember not liking it when i was young and I can completely see why bc the pacing of the 2nd half is just bizarre compared to the first half
was also sick seeing the movie after seeing the first 4 Bond films giving me somewhat of a reference of what Bond movies were originally like and "should" be like
such a fantastic experience seeing it in a basically empty theater

As a huge bond fan at that age (11 and seeing all the movies at least 5 times) I remember being thrown off by the 2nd act as well but always remember liking it due to a conversation I had with my dad immediately after explaining to me that the movie was about Bond learning not to trust everyone which I completely fell in love with.
Just rewatched casino royale last night
Was a bit too long but still a good film 7.8/10
Will continue watching tonight
How was it??
I enjoyed it, just got out of the screening. Definitely a pretty set-in-stone ending as far as Craig's Bond goes
