I mean that’s what I’d see them as, there’s likely more individuals who can’t be rehabbed than what you want to believe. And with enough people whose brain chemistry is so f***ed up, you have rehab institutions harboring thousands of inmates who won’t ever see the light of day. Sounds very prison like. I’ve seen enough cartel and gore videos to believe that restorative justice can never be implemented and will never be unless another cognitive revolution happens to our brains. Just my take
