Jai Paul literally has production credits on Gambino's last project. And we know of AK's collaborative efforts. That's probably only the tip of the iceberg.

And y'all keep comparing them to mainstream superstars like Ye and Kendrick when it's clear that's not what they want for themselves.

His production is incredible but his voice is nowhere near as captivating as Jai's is, just IMO

there’s a subtlety to it that I find quite charming, and vocals are actually a bit clearer as there isn’t the flanger effect. I kinda process it like a striped-down acoustic version of the proper jasmine IMO

But yeah the mix is way too muddy/bass heavy

I want to hear more from them too, but you gotta remember, the mystery is often better than the reality.

Look at what happened to Jay Elec after he dropped his album. Hype gone.

These guys especially Jai have had immense, immense pressure on them for a decade now. They may not care for it, per se, but expectations have been placed on them.

And the whole ordeal about his demo album being stolen and leaked. I could see him not wanting to make music again after that. It's like a trauma.
