Been listening to a lot of older Jack music, the energy that he has on some of these tracks is crazy he needs to bring that back

I like this guy’s personality but I feel like his music is really generic. He needs to develop an ear for selecting more interesting beats. He should probably have Tyler producing most of this new album. Then it would probably be a classic.

Tyler is my favorite producer but he is extremely under utilized in mainstream hip-hop production or any production for that matter. You would think that after winning two Grammys for entirely self produced albums and also expressing that he wants to produce for other artists you would see him on a few more production credits.

Bars are nothing crazy but he doesn’t have that laid back cool guy flow he’s had for the past year, much more energetic and fun to listen to

If Jack did some bragging/arrogant style bars on a Hot Wind Blows beat it would sound so good. Honestly Pharrell is one of my favorites but lately he’s been doing too much of that boring 808/rimshot style beat.
