He was on top of the world with First Class man, he fumbled the bag. I do think this album will be a comeback, it's a good sign he didn't even promote it ahead of time

I'm aware but that's not what I mean. He dropped a #1 single and had all the hype in the world heading into his last album, got features from some of the biggest names, and had it all lined up. The album got panned, sold 50% lower than the projections and didn't have another hit. I'm sure he'd tell you it was disappointing too. Don't get me wrong, I'm a fan, but call a spade a spade

If we calling a spade a spade then that same album allowed him to tour in front of 200k people in less than a month. Name me ANY other current gen rapper who’s done that, let alone headline their own tour. Stop letting the Internet critics and BS numbers control the facts happening in real life

And yet it could have been twice as big. There's a reason he's kept a low profile music-wise since then - he knows he can do better.

Just because it did numbers doesn't mean it was a success. The last Lil Baby album did over 200k but the expectations were even higher and it didn't reach them
