    I think they have a similar temperament and background in being kind of middle class guys in rough places who never succumbed and want to be good influences. The kind of rappers you invite to the middle school for a lecture in the auditorium.

    The Logic side is the technical raps comprised almost whole cloth of homage and the times he's just not self aware and too earnest about things he should have boundaries around

    That’s fair. I just generally think this late into a career you kind of get what you get. It’s extremely rare for an artist to reinvent themselves that many times over and it’s more so of a refinement of their lane

    I get it. Like I said he raps phenomenally. His skill to me is genuinely top 5.
