So it’s not crazy to say his music is getting boring. I’m still a fan and appreciate his music. But since 4YEO I’ve been losing interest. I’ve been a big Cole fan since the warm up was released.

That’s fair. I just generally think this late into a career you kind of get what you get. It’s extremely rare for an artist to reinvent themselves that many times over and it’s more so of a refinement of their lane

Did Cole ever experiment?
There were some unique moments on here for him but he’s always been a traditional rapper from the school of someone like Nas. Lowkey can’t stand the “was it experimental? Who did it inspire?” Type conversations because I’m like sometimes it’s not that deep just enjoy the music
