Nights and DNA are the only songs where the beat switch makes sense structurally in the song and don't sound like just two different songs with a transition
You’re saying those are the only 2 songs where the beat switch makes sense?
Listen to disk 1
40 minute of Cole and a good album
Skip the second one
Where can i listen to disc 1? i can only listen to disc 29 and disc 39
Someone itt was texting his ex after listening to life sentence, may god have mercy on his soul
I wanna check this out but over 100 minutes of J Cole, idk man
Listen on 2x speed
The biggest scam of our generation was J. Cole convincing people he was in the top three
Should’ve been future or Travis tbh
lmaooo you got to be able to actually rap to be in the top 3

Future can rap
Travis…lol yeah I guess.
Man i think i like disc 29 a lot more than disc 39. Much more lively, more diverse, more interesting and imo better songwriting. Gonna listen more. Still not a great full listen unfortunately, the album just loses steam too early and never goes back to its first streak of great tracks. It becomes a heavy ass listen for the wrong reasons
Nobody had a Culanin bar as far as I remember. Just Cole fitting the scheme
my bad that was At the gates but uzi said it
cut the top off the cullinin now that s*** brainless
Why is one of the main tracks that actually talks about the idea of “the fall off” a bonus track?
(Lonely at the top)
He should’ve released it as a 15-16 track album with the best from 39 mixed with the entirety of 29
