Cole honestly suffers from what Big Sean suffered from at one point up till like I Decided
Every album people are expecting it to be his undeniable classic so the perception of his discography is skewed but they both really have a strong ass discography at this point
Not a soul on earth has ever expected a classic from big Sean lmfao
Agreed. Personally just ranking studio albums
2014 FHD
4YEO
The Off Season
Born Sinner
KOD
CW:SS
I imagine this album will sit comfortably in the top 3 for me after awhile
To me KOD is his best after FHD, then the 2021 album I think. Don’t like born sinner or the first album at all
The rapping on here is really good, although with some weak/basic bars.
For me it’s just the beats sound flat and overall this album is a task to get all the way thru
That’s fair I won’t ever judge someone for having an opinion that’s theirs

Wow that’s crazy I feel like I’ve never seen anyone rate KOD that high lol
I feel like The Let Out is bound to get placement in the credits to a Netflix original movie
S*** made for a UFC promo
The Off Season has lower ambition so it works really well as just bangers for 2k
I love J Cole on beats like Amari, really liked the run when he was on beats like The London etc.
Climb Back, Interlude, Pride is Devil all good songs
I did
Hall of fame was a classic first listen
Idk bout classic album but the hype was felt
