OHMNII dont like shonen at a point so its tough

I love satoshi kon moviesbut my taste is not for everyone there is no universal top 3 anime to me
because anime when people hear it they like "i dont watch ooo its perverse who its trash"
when I can watch spy x family and be happy then switch to something else based on mood
Gundam Wing Endless Waltz is a classic movie
paranoia agent classic darkness
but people see cartoons and think childishI need to rewatch Evangelion with a fully formed frontal cortex
I ended dropping Spy x Family because the incest stuff was just unnecessary to already be propagandized too

But it feels like the business changed from selling stories to selling characters because that's where the money is.
