Most underground rappers just walk around the stage performing. Their mic is on so you gotta give them props than most but ppl like freddie gibbs, peggy, and kendrick exude stage presence.

That wasn’t always the case fam. In the 90s - early 2000s the underground heads wanted their mcs to stay underground and going mainstream was considered selling out the art form / corporate
