WESLEYS THEORYThe difference between 2014 FHD and KOD is that FHD has legs. That album lasted into most of 2015. I remember being a junior in high school bumping that s*** and people LOVING it. I loved it too.
KOD just kind of came and went. People would bring up how important the content was sometimes, but that year it seemed like his feature run received more overall attention honestly. Because how couldn’t it? He was snapping on his features in a way he didn’t on KOD.

As much as I like that song, that wasn’t really a huge hit. Not compared to some of the joints on FHD, which still get quoted to this day.

All I basically said was the album didn’t have the legs that FHD did (and it didn’t, that’s pretty much an objective fact) and you brought out the sale argument with it going gold to try and deflect that statement.

Agreed his feature run + his verses on ROTD3 were way bigger than KOD itself. KOD got some solid deep cuts but that s*** was the definition of came and went. FHD on the other hand was a turning point in his career and solidified him as living legend.
