I dont know what your problem is dude, im not the object of your scorn. I am allowed to be happy for a second and im not going to perform sadness for you because its what you think I should be doing. we are on the same side here, save your anger for the people who actually deserve it.

It’s not just you. It’s the underlying frustration that everyone will 100% forget about Gaza

Do you hear anyone talking about the airstrike that just hit Gaza city 30 minutes ago?

Or the numerous shootings of civilians in the past 24 hours after this cease-fire?

Sharing videos like this online and giving the false impression that this is over, hurts us

I know I’m coming across pissed off because I am

People will tokenize these videos of a few gazawais who want to be optimistic and hopeful, but unfortunately, won’t see the material circumstances change at all

It’s just another repeat of what’s happened and how the media treated this for decades. People will forget and not pay attention anymore

I understand your anger, my friend. And it is justified. I do not want to give anybody the impression that the war is over. But I also do not want to fight with you.

🚨 Palestinian Prisoners Center: Details of the First Phase of the Prisoner Exchange Deal

The first phase of the prisoner exchange deal agreed upon between the resistance in Gaza and the occupation includes the release of more than half of the prisoners sentenced to life imprisonment.

    Specifics of the First Phase:

    • The first phase will include the release of 600 prisoners, all of whom have sentences exceeding 15 years.
    • Among them, approximately 290 prisoners are serving life sentences, representing about half of the 566 prisoners sentenced to life in occupation prisons.

    Veteran Prisoners:

    • The release will include 21 veteran prisoners detained before the Oslo Accords, who have spent decades in occupation prisons or serving life sentences.
    • The shortest-serving among them has completed 30 consecutive years of imprisonment.
    • These prisoners will have priority for release in the deal.

    Freed Prisoners Re-Arrested:

    • The first phase will also include 47 prisoners released in the 2011 Wafaa Al-Ahrar Deal but re-arrested by the occupation.
    • Among them are veteran prisoners who had served decades behind bars before their previous release.
    • Many were sentenced again to life imprisonment.

    Women, Children, and Vulnerable Groups:

    • The first phase will secure the release of all 85 female prisoners from across all regions.
    • It will include all minors, numbering over 340 children.
    • A number of elderly prisoners and those suffering from severe illnesses will also be released.

Prisoners from Gaza, the West Bank, Al-Quds, and Palestinian lands occupied in 1948:

    • The phase will include prisoners with high sentences from all regions, including Gaza, the West Bank, Al-Quds, and inside 1948-occupied lands.
    • Additionally, 1,000 prisoners from Gaza arrested during the genocide war on the strip will be released, out of a total of more than 3,000 prisoners still detained from Gaza.

    The Importance of the Deal:

    • The deal is significant not only for the large numbers of prisoners to be released but also for the caliber of prisoners included.

Priority will be given to approximately 1,500 prisoners, including:

    • Veteran prisoners and those with high sentences who have spent many years behind bars.
    • 539 "deans of prisoners" who have served over 20 consecutive years in prison.
    • 43 prisoners who have been detained for more than 25 years.
    • 21 prisoners held for over 30 years, including the oldest prisoner, Mohammed Al-Tous from Al-Khalil, who has been imprisoned since October 1985.
      A Historic Exchange:
    • The deal, if completed as planned, will be the most significant prisoner exchange in history, executed by the Palestinian resistance despite the occupation’s opposition.
    • It will include prisoners who were previously impossible to release in earlier deals nor through the goodwill agreements facilitated by the Palestinian Authority in 2013.

1000 palestinians for only 34% of the hostages is an absolute banger of a deal

    F*** Biden and Netanyahu.

But this proves their absolute failure to force a new military reality in Gaza. All the killing and destruction gave them nothing and in the end accepted the deal that was in the table from the beginning.

Actually from what I'm reading it's gonna closer to about 2000 palestinian prisoners, of which about 300 of them are heavy names that got life sentences, and that's only for the first stage of the deal. The second and third stage is when majority of male soldiers/commanders get released and these "cost" more than the female soldier and civilian.

    So...

Also I'm reading that Hamas is pushing to release Hizbollah prisoners taken during the ground invasion of Lebanon in the 2nd stage.

Hamas seems confident that the 2nd phase will be implemented. I think this will still require extreme anti-zionist action on the behalf of anti-zionists in the imperial core.

    ❗️Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu:

    • "Contrary to all the reports, the army will continue to control the Philadelphi Corridor, and the number of our forces there will increase."

    • "Both presidents, Trump and Biden, assured us that we have the right to return the war after or during the deal, when necessary."

    • "I promise, we will achieve all our war goals."

    • "Everyone can see the great achievements we have achieved."

    • "We have severely damaged Iran's axis, and we can do more damage."

    • "The battle is not over yet. We still have a long way to go."

  • Jan 18, 2025

❗️Qatar has summoned the Israeli negotiation representatives for immediate consultations, following Netanyahu's speech regarding the Philadelphi Corridor, stating that Netanyahu's words contradict what was agreed on.
