Iran don’t have nukes. China and Russia won’t get involved on their behalf either. Pakistan at most will condemn any aggression. So they’re on their own.

The biggest move the IRGC could make is to close the Strait of Hormuz which would paralyze the global economy. They’ve already run training drills which involved closing parts of the shipping route. But if they do that, the Gulf petro states (Saudi, UAE, Qatar, etc) will get involved. 90% of their oil exports run through that route

US aren’t moving that many assets to the Middle East for no reason. They’re moving soldiers away from danger areas out of precaution, in case there’s a retaliatory attack from Hezbollah or any isolated groups

At this point, any kind of “deal” is bowing down to American and Israeli interests. And I don’t think Khamenei has any desire for that
