I haven't finished the album I literally keep going back to rip young

thats how i felt about HB2U. played that like 10 times

Lowkey you not lying but everything else about the album is solid

His delivery/flow pretty smooth, at least he sounds good enough to carry an entire song

it's a solid album but no doubt i feel like it's not what people are gonna expect given the length of his hiatus. people obviously thought he was taking that time to craft a masterpiece when in reality i'm sure a lot of that time was spent battling personal demons which really sucks. tbh i'm glad he stuck to his roots though with his sound, even on tracks i wasn't a huge fan of i think he does a good job. imo it feels like something which could have come out 1-2 years after TST as a companion to it.

First listen, it's pretty good. I think I've replayed RIP Young like 15 times already lmao

I was expecting a little more since it's been such a long hiatus, but I'm definitely not mad at what we got. It's a great summer album.

edit: i lied my least favorite is the secret song actually idk it should've been placed elsewhere in the album. album should've ended with zay wanting his payback lol
