Kendrick barely even promotes music from TDE artists anymore

From what I've heard from snippets and leaks it seems like Zay is going for more bangers. Embracing the "in your face" music that cities like Memphis and Nashville have been known for. Which could explain why he's been trying so hard to get Young Dolph on the album. Also explains why we gotta track with Duke Deuce for the first single off the album lol

It's solid. I was kinda hoping he'd go more underground this project, but it looks like he's trying to get more mainstream a la DAMN.

and im talking about production value, this new song is hard but its very generic, nothing special about this music. I expect more from the man that gave us Cilvia Demo and Sun's Tirade, specially because its his first song after a 5 years hiatus (it also doesnt help that he already teased this song countless times)

I'm still not entirely sure how Uzi is gonna fit on The Garden but we'll see. The song gonna be a banger regardless, but I'd assume if Uzi is gonna be on it the beat had to of been reworked by now to accommodate him.

All of y’all are ungrateful. Sun’s Tirade wasn’t Cilvia, and if you were expecting Sun’s Tirade or Cilvia, then quit your b****ing and go listen to them. Imagine being so hurt over one single, especially when there have been plenty of teasers that he’s still going to have those classic, smooth, hazy sounding records on his album.

I can guarantee if he released another song like Free Lunch or 4r da Squaw, people would be b****ing too saying it sounds like his old s***. Can’t satisfy everyone, catch me bumping this all weekend
