these two loosies held me down for literal years

zay i dont ask for much... drop some s*** this caliber and its all good dog....

  • Didn’t know THIB was hated but i can say that is his weakest between cilvia and tst. All are great albums but if we ranking, THIB is 100% not beating the other two in any aspect

  • The beat on the site is the beat for Same S***

  • Lets fkn go

forgot he talked about the sound of this in that vice interview a few months back, excellence incoming

So what should we expect? Rashad describes a sultry southern mix mixed with a deep sense of intimacy. Everything from twangy rock and psychedelia to tender intimacy to the kind of trunk rattling you’d only hear down south. “The biggest inspiration for me was Fousheé… Prince, I’ve been having “If I Was Your Girlfriend” on repeat for 2-3 months. The, for this tail end part of my project, this girl PLUTO from Atlanta. She’s been inspiring me and this other girl BunnaB,” Isaiah Rashad describes. “I’m touching more Outkast’s Stankonia and The Love Below more than anything else. I would say Top made compromises for the creativity on this one, so I appreciate it.”

Foushee feature likely? In, don't think I've ever heard a miss from her

    This is gonna be good

  • He never really clicked for me the way he did for others back when his earlier albums dropped (I liked him but nothing crazy), so it’ll be interesting to go back now that I’m older and see if it connects better leading up to this drop.

A lot of this is reminding me of the BLUE LIPS rollout

The 5 year wait, the very vague and mysterious title, the month long wait

I would love if this album was his version of that. Something very abstract and creative yet cohesive. His comment from last year saying that Punch “made compromises for the creativity” on it gives me even more hope on that

After the whole recreating DAMN era TDE had, I hope Punch approach is to give unrestricted freedom to the artists again

  • I need that pre-order link asap.

I think he's been dealing with real-life drama the past year or so. I'd love new music from him, but doubt anything's ready for this year.

  • Why TF is jalopy bungus on this thread. He a no name. His biggest moment was when one of his songs was posted online as a surfaced earl sweatshirt leak during the earl drought between I don't like s*** and some rap songs. Also y'all remember that video of this dude giving head man they really scrubbed that s*** off the internet

  • Cautiously in cuz he got worse every album

  • lets go.
THIB one of my favorites albums of the 2020s
