That’s determined by the track not release date. I think mid June is a just far enough where the dust really settles and not too far where it feels super late. Just my opinion
Well, you're wrong.
I would like to hear it
I think he stops goading Kendrick on social media and remains quiet on that front till he responds. I also don't think he has any diss tracks recorded at this point. I think he'll write/record his response to Kendrick after Kendrick replies to him and he'll try and flip as much of what Kendrick says to/about him as possible in his response(s).
If Kendrick drops Friday, I can see Drake dropping the next day.
I agree, hell I think he got his response already recorded and will drop immediately after like Ross did
No one is right or wrong here lol
We might not be right but you're definitely wrong. No one is waiting on Kendrick till June to respond. Not Drake, not casual rap fans, no one. If he remains silent till then, Drake will be declared the winner, especially if he has dropped more diss tracks by then.

I doubt that. I think he'll write and record his response after hearing what Kendrick has to say lol.

Drake dropping more diss tracks honestly would be the whack move he’s already up a round in my book. Public opinion is just that, we have to wait for the track! If it hits like crazy the opinion will change whether he drops now or May-June.

Beef already sizzled out if we waiting that long. Already getting boring.

Again, you're basing this on an IF. Kendrick came out and shot at Drake. He asked for the smoke. The fact that Drake is already 2 diss tracks up from him gives him an L. If Drake drops a third diss track that is really scathing, it might not matter what he comes back it, especially if he doesn't come back with it till June.
Remember that Meek Mill released War Pain after Back to Back but it didn't matter by then became Drake had already won, according to the people.

Also, that would play right into Drake's bars about Kendrick wanting s*** to die down. I don't see him waiting that long to respond (if he will). It's either he responds this weekend or not at all.

Not a stretch tbh
I think a part of the reason why Drake is insistent on Kendrick responding is to see which angle he takes. He wants to see if Kendrick makes things personal in his response to determine if he goes that route as well but left to Drake, I think he doesn't wanna use whatever dirt he has on Kendrick until he absolutely has to. I think he wants this to last as long as possible so as to out-rap Kendrick and end any debates about Kendrick being a better rapper because he knows rushing to use the info he has on Kendrick will have people saying that's the only reason why he won and not because he rapped better than Kendrick.
I think Drake is on a mission to kill several narratives/perceptions surrounding Kendrick's myth and legend while Kendrick simply wants to prove he's better than Drake as an MC. That's where their resolves differ and I think Drake has the edge.
Not a stretch tbh
Drake is a huge fan of battle rap. He knows disses hit harder when you're able to rebuttal what your opponent says to you because it takes the venom out of their jabs. He used Push Ups and Taylor Made Freestyle to do just that — flip all the shots Kendrick aimed at him on Like That.

wanna know and war pain were not on par with b2b lol, it's that simple.

Yeah, they weren't but outside of that, once Back to Back dropped, everyone gave Drake the W. At that point, it didn't really matter what Meek came with. He didn't have any angle to play but the ghostwriting s*** and Drake outplayed and outsmarted him by how he moved so that settled things.
Obviously, Kendrick is more loved than Meek and people will move the goalposts for him for as long as they can but silence won't serve him well. His only choice is to respond and to do so with his best possible shot.
Drake didn't mention that Push Ups took him an hour or two for no reason. That's how he's gonna play this moving forward: listen to Kendrick's response and then write, record and release his response within a short time frame.
I wish he didn't release Taylor Made smh
Technically it’s not “released” to me it was more of just like here’s this since you’re taking forever and it was one of the most creative things I’ve seen any artist do in a really long time especially given the circumstances of the situation
Why?
It's not a good song to listen to lol
I get the intended disrespect and on paper, the concept probably sounded so much better than the actual execution
I do think Kendrick is responding this Friday. It lowkey felt like Drake already alluded to that in Taylor made.
“Now we gotta wait a f***in week”

Agreed.
We not in the pre-social media era. People’s attention spans going to be gone off this beef by then

Yeah it feels more like a s***post
