BigSkinny· editedYou can but on a computer. If Mac, save it to the iCloud Drive and then open it on Mac’s Music app. If PC, have Apple Music app and do same thing or Spotify it should be on local files when you save to your Files on there.
Once you do that, it’ll sync to Apple Music library or Spotify library and be on your phone
