It's gotta be prime Em. Him and Pac would be a stalemate; they are too similar.
Actually I think he'd get Pac too. He's like an evolved form of Pac in a way and Pac definitely had his dirt.
Yeah I'm going with either Em is top shape or Noname as a close second but she just couldn't handle the K-bots.
Push is just as calculating. He did a first round knockout with Drake whereas Kendrick had to go 3 rounds.
You think so? I think Kendrick would definitely win but I just wonder what angle he would go at him with...
k dot would say that cole makes safe music, and that cole is scared to wear the crown.
2pac was impossible to beat because he had too much energy & personality which is Kendricks weak point
That’d be a great battle
He’d serve everybody else lol
I feel like the beef brought out so much energy & personality from him in a way he hadn't expressed before, in part because he basically followed pac's direct blueprint for it

I agree he did capture some of that energy and this might not seem like a big deal but one my only critiques of Kendrick’s performance in the Drake beef was he didn’t give us anything close to a classic interview. Thats what separates Pac to me, his interviews were scathing as disses. I really wish Dot woulda had a sway x pac moment at some point in that era
I assume you mean straight bars and lyricism vs having dirt . He lives a secretive life yes but he isn’t the best lyricist of all time

His interviews aren’t his strongest point to me or his political speaking

Bruh that "you are hiding a child thing" was way too big though bro. Show's over with that. Why you think Drake was so eager to try and 8 Mile himself and try all these different bait strategies with Kendrick? He thought at the very least his biggest demon was out the way.
And even then, overall that didn't slow down Drake's momentum much. Kendrick has Drake completely off of his square right now. Not to diminish Push cause he smoked him bad but let's not act like he didn't have the ultimate trump card.
That said Push does have the advantage of not having much dirt on himself really (let's pretend like the allegations didn't happen yet, bs as they are imo).... You got me rethinking Push a bit I'll say that. I gotta think about that more cause now that I think about it you potentially could be right. But he also lacks that level of star power too.. he would need a similarly big trump card on Kendrick imo.

Honestly, it's really hard not to get dirty in a rap battle in my opinion.

I mean then it’s more dirt competition. Those who interact less with society are going to win but doesn’t mesh they are a better rapper

You can frame it that way but it's inherently going to be that way if you rap battle diss with someone. Even if it's not just digging up dirt you still gotta go low.
Also, being the better rapper technically doesn't always get the job done as we saw with Pac vs Biggie.
Hell nah
I'd say nah more than "hell nah" lol. Let's not get Nas too f***ed up.

you're right and part of it I think is cus he needs to be in control of everything in relation to his music/narrative as an artist since the beginning. music gives him ultimate control as his platform in that way like having 5 more songs ready to go after not like us. he considers every angle before he does anything at all and a lot of times pac was pure passion and impulse which is what made him so great. the idea of kendrick giving an off the cuff interview at any point feels impossible which does suck because there's a million things i want him to speak on lmao

Man let me say it louder HELL NAH
idk about smoke but biggie jay and maybe push would be a challenge for him

I think that's what would make that battle so interesting. It would be like chaos vs calculation lol. I still feel like it would be a stalemate.

True Kendrick did take all the wind out of Drake's sails to this day. But I do feel like everything about Adidon from the art to the beat to the onion layers he peeled back on each verse were scathing enough to have won even without the child hiding reveal.

Biggie didnt do s*** when niggas dissed him
Hell nah
Idk man Nas seem like the only type of rapper I can't see Kendrick cooking

I’m not tryna say Nas is weak lyrically or nothing but his rap style in disses seems limited to me
And I rate ether highly he won that beef but idk
