And I’m one of the few people who thinks it’s low frame rate animation style is ugly so that “positive” aspect of it doesn’t even work for me.

I agree. It’s infinitely more cinematic than most MCU films. It’s messy but at least it’s trying to go for something. Nolan makes like David Lean epics into capeshit. It’s cool.

No Way Home got the boost too
I actually think that works though. I’m a hater of the MCU Spider-Man films but I think that does work really well even despite the nostalgia.

CRACKASTEPPAVEGANIt is considered the GOAT superhero film for the simple fact that it does so many things right as a film period.
The Joker intro scene sets up so many storylines in just 4 minutes
Harvey Dent vs Bruce Wayne philosophies
Joker is the perfect foil for Batman in this
The pacing is damn near perfect all through the movie
Iconic lines, iconic scenes what else needs to be said
