For anyone wondering how the Meek and Drake s*** was conspired I have the entire scoop here.
This is verified by multiple stories if you do your digging and personal insight I have.

    Story:

DJ Drama and Drake were supposed to release a gangsta grillz tape but it failed to materialise. Around this time Drake obviously had a team of collaborators who would help him curate records which would explain the Quentin miller reference tracks but what people fail to understand is that Drake is still primarily responsible for the majority of his records. He has a pen and has written for other people but understands that in order to maximise his potential in music collaboration is essential.
So obviously, DJ Drama becomes disgruntled about the situation and either him or someone from his team sends the reference tracks to Charlemagne to expose to the general public that he has ghostwriters when in actual fact he has co-writers. Charlemagne decides not to and decided to share the situation with one of his friends. Charlemagne’s friend just so happened to know Drake and let Drake know of the situation. So now Drake knows that certain people in the industry have access to his reference tracks and could push the narrative that he has ghostwriters when in actual fact he has co-writers. There’s a clear difference.
Drake and Meek mill eventually collaborate down the line on the song R.I.C.O and meek mill listens to Drake’s verse and thinks he’s dissing him with the following lines “The girl of your dreams to me is probably not a challenge” in reference to Meeks girlfriend at the time Nicki Minaj. Meek Mill becomes curious and asks DJ Drama whether Drake is dissing him. DJ Drama tells meek that Drake couldn’t be dissing him because he and Quentin Miller co-wrote the song. But the way he describes it is as if Quentin Miller ghostwrote the entire song.
Time goes by and other events take place. Drake was scheduled to attend one of Meek Mill’s shows as a guest but was unable due to scheduling conflicts and contacts Meeks team about it. But Meek was angry.
Then Meek Mill and Nicki Minaj go shopping and they arrive at the counter to pay for their items. Meek attempts to pay for all their items but he doesn’t have enough cash. Nicki Minaj uses this as a way to belittle Meek and says “Well Drake wouldn’t do something like that, Drake would have been able to pay for the whole things”.
So now Meek mill is filled with rage because he believes Drake tried to sneak diss him, he missed one of his shows and now Nicki Minaj is using him to belittle him.
Meek decided to hop onto twitter and makes the infamous tweets “Drake doesn’t write his raps” and all hell breaks loose.
Drake catches wind of the situation and drops charged up as a way to see if this situation is real. He then becomes aware of the situation between Meek Mill and Nicki at the shop and understand that Meeks tweets were coming from a place of emotion. He then decided to drop back to back to back and the he’s effectively declared the winner.
While Drake recorded those diss records industry higher ups who were invested in meek were becoming frustrated.
Heaven Hollywood, an industry insider who I know happened to own a tour bus meek mill was on at the time and was inside the bus when phone calls were being made.
Meek mill found out that DJ Drama had the Drake reference tracks and was begging him to give them to him in order to expose Drake.
DJ Drama refused because he said Drake and him were still cool.
Then all of a sudden meek mill gets JAY-Z on the phone and JAY-Z tries to get DJ Drama to give meek mill the reference tracks because obviously at the time Drake decided to sign to Apple Music instead of Tidal and Jay was angry about that. Drama still refuses.
JAY-Z then decided to contact Mike Kyser who’s the head of black music at Atlantic Records. DJ Drama is signed to Atlantic records and basically gives into their peer pressure.
Funk Flex also called to get the reference tracks from Drama.
Funk Flex premiers two of them on his show and then Meek Mill puts one of the reference tracks in his response to back to back “Wanna know” but by then it’s too late and Drake wind the beef.
This story seems long but it gives you the backstory to how industry higher ups have been trying to get rid of Drake for a long time.

They called me crazy in 2016 when I said jay coordinated Meeks entire attack

Drake is the only person that’s a threat to jay that he can’t control

Him backing out of the tidal deal put a insane target on his back

even in the Kanye & Justin LaBoy interview, Kanye keeps talking about how Drake is “going against me” and “going against independence” etc.

It’s like they see Drake as the company guy and they want to break the industry and see Drake as how to do so.

The drake you see now is the result of years of industry insider attempts to take him down post-Meek.

the guy is paranoid and sees literal snakes and backstabbers everywhere.

He can’t trust anyone because they themselves have the goals of undermining him.

Im not saying he is the nicest person in the world or isn’t duplicitous or even an a******, but they came for him first and he hasn’t been the same since.

Why is this dumb thread still going

  • DicherdownDAVE9

    Bro jay doesn’t care

Ross, Pusha, Rihanna, Meg, Kanye, Beyonce (who he’s written for), Meek…Jack Dorsey...

and you think Jay-Z is just sitting there twiddling his thumbs ignorant to all and any of these inner workings or overlapping interests?

Theres not this many coincidences for Drake to be talking about “higher ups working against me”. How many higher ups are there beyond actual artists? You’re talking label execs and theres only one guy who would even care what Drake does, and it’s not Diddy.

This is literally Roc Nation vs Drake in some form or fashion.

Why is this dumb thread still going

because more supporting evidence is being discussed

    Beyonce (who he's written for)

Do you know how many times verses get asked to be reworked or striked if labels don’t allow them? or certain relationships aren’t allowed to be challenged?

lol bro that doesnt mean every verse gets run through approval for his label, like that obviously wasnt on his label and all the diss songs after were released independantly. even if i accept all the ridiculous bullshit so far this falls apart

I do find it funny when people come up with these conspiracies. Drake is just a douche and burned tons of bridges on his own.
