Drake been a problem for the music industry, earliest credit in music is as a songwriter, for Dre on Detox.

Jack Dorsey been mad at Drake since his girl modeled for OVO / NOCTA in 2021 iirc. Also currently holding a portion of Jay's ownership/Debt of Tidal.

Jay / Ye were worried about Drake from 2010 forward. Tried to do the lil bro fake friends thing. Worked at first until WTT. (Idea inspired directly by Wayne/Drake Young Angel, Young Lion tape)
Then Drake and Jay sub
(We Made It, 30 for 30, Pop Style Jay line, Sneakin) (other stuff I'm probably forgetting)

Diddy sent the 0-100 beat for Drake to write, Drake puts his version out, Diddy and Drake no longer cool.

DJ Drama, Hot 97, Jay, Meek, Diddy all come together for the 2015 Meek Ghost Writing Chapter. (Meek's initial reason prior to the Jay and company battery in the back is he wanted QM to write for him QM said no)

Then Jay tries to leverage Drake against Apple during Tidal rollout when the stream wars were heating up. Drake last minute says no to Tidal/Jay goes with Apple seemingly using the opportunity as get back for WTT/ Meek Mill (Ghost Writing). Jay low-key subs Drake back on Pop Style (Yes you missed it, why it's not on the album version, Drake using it as the single was a troll)

Rihanna dated him off and on for years but never claimed him publically. Including the 2016 stage moment where she claimed she was uncomfortable after the fact.
Same night she leaves with him.
Is seen the next day leaving the hotel wearing his shirt.

Ye and Drake been shaky for a decade.

Joe/AK both pointed out it's pretty obvious Kendrick Lamar didnt actually gain millions of fans over the course of 4 songs and 2 weeks on a global scale (you can't bot not a hit it has to have motion/YouTube/Spotify couldn't validate the streams for the first 5 days for the single release of NLU)

It’s pretty crazy how immediately threatened people like Hov and Ye were as early as 2010 by drake. I wonder what it was specifically that made them knew he was a problem

Meek's personal gripe in that moment initially was QM said no to writing for Meek. From there history happens.

QM still credited.
Yachty still credited.
Vory still credited.

Meek Mill didn't clear QM writing credit on RICO which is why we're still having this very boring ghost writer convo about credited writers today. About a guy who has been open about collaboration since 2009.

Pusha T was always jealous listen to his first Drake sub.
