Those female names are stars, but not superstars on the level of say Cole, Drake, Kendrick, or even Travis Scott. They all have their fan bases(mainly fellow females) they appeal to but none of them really crossover big like that, only one that came close being Cardi and Nicki

Not rappers who debuted over a decade ago.
We don't have male equivalents to that set of female stars. We don't even have new male stars let alone superstars
