This is kind of a test but I feel like there has to be a few people on here
I just came back in the field like 3 weeks ago starting off as a Line Cook
I can barely cook chicken tbh. Buying an air fryer is legitimately the only reason I'm still alive.

Lool idk maybe I’m just good at cooking but honestly when it’s a job it just turns into any other skill that you have to repeat to get better, such a different world from cooking at home

Probably so. I'm so tired after working sometimes I don't have the energy to put alot into the cooking

How would you say it's been different?

What you do for work?
Hellish job
I played overcooked before
S*** is hard
This too
How would you say it's been different?
Of course it’s food so you still put “love” into it but you kinda turn into a machine just cranking s*** out, turns into almost an assembly line
Plus in the kitchen I’m in it feels like Hells Kitchen doing risotto and s*** like that
@Jerry_Seinfeld
I was a server for many years and now I’m a manager. Always hate cooking though

That must be a rough job though, do you have to be up really early?
I was managing a kitchen earlier this year too. S*** was a PAIN.
Used to be a grill cook 2-3 years ago, f***ing sucked but I had customers staring at me the whole time

Yessir, I usually only work on dayshift so I’m at work by 6/7 AM. S*** sucks but I have my nights free

What's the environment like in your kitchen?

Aye man, that's good you're up early getting s*** done though. Real grind right there. Plus having your nights free is nice especially for KTT s***posting

The cleanliness as far as the floor and behind s*** needs to be addressed I just started here a few weeks ago, but that doesn’t carry to the food, probably the most fresh stuff I’ve had to work with in a kitchen. Pretty hectic though as far as the vibe on weekends or late at night but we’re only open until 10:00. I usually work 10-12 hr days lol it’s almost the expectation
The people are all nice though and carry their weight
Yes and I’m running late lol
Lmao you gotta prep and s*** like that? I’ve been coming in like an hr early because the prep list is wild where I’m at
