Anyone understand Erics motivation for turning on Adler? Even though he said that line at the end about “spending time with you family” I dont think it’s revenge for Adler soft firing him in S2, because it looked like really forgave him. Also I don’t buy the useful idiot thing since he’s essentially turning around to be a useful idiot for the ESG woman.

I think there’s something else going on bc throughout the second half of e7 he gets this 1000 mile stare like something is dawning on him and he finds something going on like when he was in the bathroom with Adler and the CEO.
