    Nah he’s mostly right lol as someone who don’t have IG its true. For a lot of women it is the default form of communication and how they look at you, there’s definitely some that would find it weird if you don’t have it. Granted it’s a certain type of woman but still. Not saying it’s necessary to pull but there is a significant portion of the dating pool being IG reliant

  • I agree that Twitter can be harmful mentally especially because it loves to throw all the political garbage at you. I fixed my algorithm couple months ago but somehow all that political ragebait bs still found a way back on my timeline. Twitter is basically an app that divides people and throws them into the whole right wing rabbit hole.

    I don't really see IG as much of a problem. Its bad if you are addicted to reels but I use it mostly for communication and might spend around 5 mins watching reels if I feel like it.

  • I went on a vacation and was so busy i didnt have time to check my phone or social. That was the most mind clearing time i had in a long time
