It could either be an app purchase that comes preinstalled with Donda 1 & 2, or a free app that allows you to purchase the music inside the app. They could allow you to play through like regular as well as utilizing the stem functions. And they could allow other artists to upload their songs on to the platform. Let you listen to other users mixes of the tracks. Have it al based off digital downloads and purchases rather than streaming, so artists take a lot more money home.
