Prezright and thats why i definitely dont think this warranted lethal force being used.
i know this isnt an apples to apples comparison but if a cop pulls someone over and the car tries to flee, i dont think they are justified in shooting them in the head to stop them. fleeing is an arrestable offense but it doesnt justify lethal force.
If an agent has to jump out of the way to avoid being hit, the law usually considers that a direct threat to life, so use force laws allows deadly force in that moment.
but at the same time there trained to not stand if front of viechles.

States cannot set their own immigration policy so ICE can go anywhere

the woman was told to get out of the car. she tried to flee. the cop stepped in front of her car. she kept driving.
this was not good by the woman. it was very clearly illegal and all politics aside they were in her rights to arrest their for fleeing a traffic stop or whatever u want to call it- fleeing when told to get out of her car.
however that does not mean deadly force was warranted. i honestly dont know what the laws are for whether cops can shoot someone in the head rather than just stepping out of the way of their car but i dont believe this was a just use of lethal force. i doubt cops are trained to step in front of cars to try and stop them, especially when its not like a terrorist or murderer or anything but just a citizen who hasn't really done anything.
ICE does not have the right to make traffic stops without justified cause. You cannot just be told to get out of a car by ICE under any circumstance in this case
