I believe music programs need to not only comeback to Public Schools, but they need to be expanded to where black kids learn about software like Pro Tools, Logic, Reaper, and FL.
If the kids really want to learn and study music, it can’t just be composition works and instrument playing, it has to be the Audio side as well.
