I do marketing professionally with social media pages, started making money on them when i was around 15 (100k in 3 months)
started looking more into corporate jobs, landed comme des garcons temp consulting in NY. With that connect I'd managed to attend a few high level socialite parties & network that opportunity with some charming social engineering
Can you help with marketing my page? And what would cost be? Lastly how long did it take you to get good at marketing?

this is a perfect example on how not to network, you didn't even say hi before asking for help
just grew pages for fun since i was a youth lmao, money didn't come till later tho. it doesn't cost anything if you know what people wanna see

I’m not trying to network my man. I’m strictly trying to pay for a service. And you’re correct, it is the wrong way to network.
And I’m not looking for any income. I’m part of a startup and looking for ways to growth hack and increase interest pre launch.
never approach someone looking for somethin, you have to create an organic situation artificially where said problem on your end or solution on theres is brought up with conversational rationality rather then you looking for a handout
for example instead of approaching x person of power, I'd charmed one of their wives at a food table & they saw worth of me being introduced to x person of power where i'm sure there was some old people reason like "he reminds me of myself at that age" internally that allowed me to get a contact card with a let's talk work later"
x people of power have other people who want from them constantly, you have to stand out organically to them at least
Preciate man. And what about selling yourself as the solution to their problem?
Im so early in my career, trying to network with no real background yet is challenging. Im trying to impress the right people tho. My mentor thinks I have the required grit for my field even if I dont have the experience yet. But Im tryna blow past all the competition in the next year or 2.

My personal approach is simply being the best at whatchu do, learn how to show that & your product or service will sell itself.
a viral post or giant account is a resumé entry if you know how to word it within marketing at least, my first reply still applies. stand out from your competition always. creative moves always triumphs hard work
What projects are you currently working on OP?
passion project(s) mans turned 22 & money is monotonous. my resumé is now robust enough to serve as a backup under contingency

dropped outta high school during my last semester cause the income was too much.
with corporate jobs, school isn't the biggest factor unless its entry level. professional experience is what they wanna see most cause they desire you to be proven.
that doesn't mean drop out though, securing professional experience without a degree. i'm doubting most people know where to start lmao

That’s cool bro.
Are you looking to invest in anything particular as far as projects goes?
