Frank Ocean headlined 8 festivals by himself. Also, he’s never been one to promote music like that. I’m pretty sure he can sell out an arena if he wants to play in one, there’s a lot of demand for him he’s practically an industry ghost. Dude also has a ravenous fan base that literally flips his merch like the stock market. If Frank wants to campaign as a pop star it’d be easy as hell for him considering he rose in the industry writing tracks for stars.
