You’ve got two choices, dude:
1. Rip the lashes off, bare your soul, and tell her the truth. It’ll hurt, yes, but it’ll be real. And real is where healing starts.
2. Keep the secret and carry it like a cursed clutch that gets heavier every time she brings up her mom.
And let’s be clear, you’re not a monster. You didn’t mean to do it. You were drunk, careless, and caught up in a moment. But what matters now is how you handle it because this is the kind of thing that either breaks trust forever or becomes a story about vulnerability, accountability, and honesty.
I usually don’t post in here tbh but really need some advice rn lol.
So my girl went out of town for 2 days to visit her college friend in Chicago. While she was gone I had a couple of my boys over and we got smoke and beer and Hennessy and s***. Anyway we’re turning up, and I got way too f***ed up tbh and I tripped over the fireplace and knocked down here Mother’s urn which was on the fire place mantel. (She was super close with her Mom btw and always likes to look at urn and reminisce and s***) The whole thing fell and cracked on our living room wood floor. I started panicking and vacuumed up the ashes. I got rid of the vase and literally bought the same vase because fortunately it was a generic vase she purchased on Amazon and we share the same Amazon account and I went to our purchase history (she bought it in 2023) and I found the exact same vase/urn thing and ordered it for next day delivery. I opened the urn and filled it with ashes from the fireplace.
It looks identical. It feels the same weight I think with the fireplace ashes. My question is, and this what I’ve been contemplating is should I tell her? I’m not going to I think because she would disown me and be so upset. But idk it’s actually getting to me. Btw I the ashes from I emptied into a a garbage bag and they’re all gone. I feel like a POS ngl
If you care about your girls feelings and stress levels you wouldn’t tell her
dont let your guilt hurt her
Same goes if you cheating on her also
The thing yall don’t get is she is super sensitive and cries a lot over s***. She literally would always look at the urn and touch it. I can’t actually bring myself to tell her man
if she loves you she would understand it was an accident, probably upset that you were drunk when it happened but it was an accident
No way is this a real story.
I hate how folks keep saying this itt like it’s some crazy s*** that someone got drunk and tripped. I’m f***ed up over it and honestly don’t know what to do hence why I made the thread. Not even tryna to come at you, but I wouldn’t make this up
Chocolate milk mix or litter @op
Why the heck would you vacuum the ashes instead of just gathering them from the floor and putting them in a container/the new urn?

f*** bro this is rough. lots of empathy towards you fr
Why didn't you just sweep the ashes up in a dustpan man
when ur f***ed up u don’t think clearly
I say you take it to the grave. Delete your amazon purchase history if is possible. You’ll feel immense guilt but perhaps this is proper punishment
