  • Jan 5, 2021

I’m sure it’s already been said in here but why would niggas wanna loan you money if they weren’t getting anything in return

Just the way the world works now pay that 5% interest and carry on or stack your paper and say f*** a loan

the point is the person receiving the loan may not realize it is a predatory loan

That’s where the magic word of culpability comes into play.

If Benny signs that contract he takes culpability for the loan terms.

You really can’t use naivety as a crux here

Idk about all that sin s*** but it is a very wack predatory/advantageous thing. A flat rate fee would be better than increasing the fee over time like b**** you knew I aint having nothing since the start smh

yeah I get that it has to be worth someone's while to loan you money but the way it's implemented is very predatory. an example would be the way cc companies try to get you to pay the minimum monthly so you ultimately end up paying the most amount of interest possible.

I understand your point genuinely I do and like I said earlier in a vacuum and on paper I agree with it.

But realistically why should a lender give you an interest free loan with no incentive for them.

Let’s more this away from theoretically and how this can be implemented in the real world.

He would invest your business as a partner so he shares the risk

why not? of course he takes responsibility for accepting the terms of the loan, he cant backtrack, but thats not the point, the point is that he does not understand the full weight of the terms before accepting

I don’t think it’ll ever work in western culture due to how we falsely view work. We like to believe the more successful we are the harder we work. We see minimum wage/lower work as “easier” tho it’s more demanding than many high paying jobs especially if you have any care about your job.

There’s this sense that people won’t work as hard if they “give their money to others” but that’s pretty much a thing already with taxes. I’ll be honest and say I don’t really know much about the topic , I just know it wouldn’t be accepted in western society

Eh I agree that jobs at the “lower” end of the pay scale are harder but the incentive is to progress so it becomes easier. Or for me anyways.

I agree it won’t work in current society because people who champion socialism 100% won’t like how restricting it really is
