They don’t face exclusion from Hetero normal society, becuz we don’t give a s*** abt them. Who cares if u don’t get h****. Who cares if u only get h**** with someone you’ve formed a deep bond with. Lgbt people likely have a prob with asexuals becuz they (asexuals) don’t face the oppression that the lgbt folks do on a regular basis. U can’t be ‘outwardly’ asexual for example, as opposed to being outwardly gay or trans. I don’t have a problem with asexuals but this idea that they must be ‘protected’ is ludicrous lol like protected from what? Internet criticism??

i think a lot of these people are alienated from their own sexuality because of history of abuse and depersonalize their sexuality as a defence mechanism, 43.5% of them report facing sexual assault i dunno about the other 50% but its w/e

Ya I’ve heard this too. Another reason why i don’t take it seriously is like, one chooses to be asexual. It’s not like u can choose to be gay or some s***. Like how can u say ‘there’s no one out there that can get me h****.’ If u declare urself asexual and then find someone that turns u on by definition ur not asexual anymore
