Honestly @op to me it seems like there's a lot of shame involved here, which might have to do with your Christian upbringing.

You don't have to feel ashamed for masturbating or for watching p*** on gp. Obviously it's bad if you recognize it as addictive behaviour or you start to judge your partners body based on artificial ideals though.
