Its easy to forget how good kendrick is sometimes
Listened to gkmc again after a longgggg time and dam that s*** crazy good
daily reminder than DAMN is the 2nd highest rated rap album ever recorded, after TPAB.
I wonder if kendrick will ever TOP tpab though..only album that came really close, objectively, is DAMN. Kendrick really powerful
Lmao quite literally the worst rap single track whatever of all time
Lol imagine thinking this with Hotline bling and gods plan 😂

Easy to forget? Choose a random album, and play it on random. You remember how amazing he is.

yeah easy to forget he said, when all his albums are praised and universally acclaimed lol

Some of yall using his critic reviews the same way Drake stans use sales. TPAB is good and possibly the best of the decade imo but saying DAMN is the only album that came close

it really is though, objectively.
best musically composed album, after tpab. And I'm saying this as a former professional musician, don't need critics to tell me what I already know.

The thing about it is, DAMN was loved by more fans than TPAB. Critically both were the same. People just hate the fact that Kendrick kinda broke the code with DAMN
Oh god we have to deal with people sucking Kendrick off again every day huh
Just wait until his album drops that people stop listening to

Here we go, I had enough of the "DAMN is superior musically, if you studied music you'd know this. I am extremely knowledgeable about music but I can't explain any of it to you. LOVE and GOD are Kendrick's best tracks, musically" s*** on KTT1, not doing it here again.
like common and budden said, nobody in hip hop, except kendrick lamar, has 4 classics.
Deal with it

this is delusional

this is real. You can subjectively disagree if you want, but it remains an objective fact so they're 100% correct.
and they're atually very harsh with him by saying only 4 classics, considering stevie wonder said he had 6 on the radio.

just like how nobody listens to drake's albums past the singles?

Think the consensus among fans is TPAB > DAMN and Idk what you mean by "the code"? Commercial sounding album with a concept?
I'd say TPAB is a 10, few weak tracks and even those tracks I could see someone f***ing with. DAMN is barely an 8, I knew DNA and Humble would get old, I wasn't f***ing with Love or God at all since first listen. Loyalty can also be grating on the ears. I'd say S80>DAMN tbh
