What if I was born in idk f***in greenland, then moved when I was 7 years old.

Could I say I was born and raised there? what year does "raising" stop?

Anyway these are the things I think about when my preworkout kicks in and I get all jittery

to be born and raised I would say you need to at least touch every level of education in some way. elementary, middle, and some of high school but not all.

I think around age 13-18 you can safely say "born and raised" and not raise any eyebrows

I feel like you gotta experience your teenage years there in order to say you were born and raised there. Your teenage years are when you truly become influenced by your surroundings

I mean at 7 you have like 4 years of actual memories but there’s still a lot of development left at that point if you spend the rest of your adolescence somewhere else
