I watch a lot of black men's podcasts and there's something that's been bothering: I understand how money opens up opportunities to extend your night, get into more exclusive circles, impress someone with lavish gifts or bottle service, do what you feel like when you feel like, etc. but I don't see it as something that inherently makes one man more attractive than the next like these oldheads do.

I would rather be a handsome charming guy making 120k than a rich akademiks looking nigga being used as a piggy bank by an IG thot. This is a serious disconnect that I feel with other men

Podcasts were a mistake

If I see most guys out at a lounge with a baddie flexing bottle service I don't automatically assume he's hitting that, not at all lol. I'm just imagining a broke PMF bumping into the girl by the bathroom, get her number and meet up with her afterwards for chinese takeout after that sucker pays for the $10k tab. Am I coping? its almost as if the old adage, money isnt everything, is an actually true and insightful quote that’s disregarded by insecure and unhappy people (assuming your basic needs are met etc)

people find attractive people attractive. whats attractive to somebody can be many different things. to the shallow one those things is money.
