Sleep on your back. This takes practice and finding a way to not shift poses as soon as you actually sleep.
Get a comfortable pair of Skechers as work shoes
Consider a back brace to wear under your shirt or hell even over it if you want, and/or ankle/foot, knee or leg compressors for added stability. They help when you’re on the clock and especially in periods of recovery during your down time.
Smoke some weed in your free time, decompress, let your body go and just take in your free time more often
And lastly… just try not to work so hard for so long. You gotta pace yourself. You can’t keep up that first hour of productivity all the way to your 10th, you’re going to get a bit sluggish and that’s okay as long as you’re mindful of it. These places don’t pay you enough to be zipping around and lifting weights like Superman, just take it easy in those later hours

    Good luck

Sleeping on your back is lioned but make sure the mattress is firm, if it’s a plush mattress it’ll f*** up your back

Also, having a good work family helps not just for your job but your whole quality of life in general. Keep in mind you’re not the only one that’s struggling there and it’s a team effort. If you hate the people you work with that’s tough but if you’ve got a good team then just chatting helps take your mind off it

    Very true…

  • What do you consider a long shift?

Horses don't stop they keep going

I've been having super bad pack pain for a week and a half too. Im still working because I need health insurance. Otherwise I'd be back in physical therapy and trying to relax.

Hate to say it but kratom helps so much

periodically squatting really helps my feet stretch bc i get a lot feet cramps! but I'd say take ibuprofen when you feel like your feet are starting to ache, because if you wait it will take 30 minutes to kick in.
