So im not the type to look excessively or hit on girls in the gym because i believe they’re there for the same reason i am - to get gains

HOWEVER

This one girl and i have been exchanging hella looks and dare i even say she checks me out more often than vice versa and just gives me prolonged stares, its been happening for 2-3(really 4-5 but im a p\*\*\*\* apparently) sessions that we’ve met so far and i just dont have a clue on how to approach her.

Im not used to approaching strangers although im not aftaid/uncomfortable to do so. My problem is not knowing how exactly to strike up the convo and what to say to not seem like a creep, im good at holding already ongoing convos and generally socializing as long as someone mutual introduces me. I train alone so yea
