    I’ve been thinking about making a post about this since that botched execution in Tennessee recently.

    The death penalty is beyond sick. It would be sick whether it was unannounced and done in secret and it would be sick if it was publicly televised.

    It is murder, paid for with tax dollars.

    It is an evil thing, against the morals of any legitimate religion.

    John Oliver has done some good segments on it over the years if y’all wanna be entertained while learning about it

    This could also just be a stunt. Hasan still has legal options at play that can get an execution delayed upwards of years. If it happens its probably because he actually wants to die now.

    Bush admin tried to authorize an execution on a different guy in 2008. He's still alive 18 years later. Hasn't had a new date in about 10 years.

    Stunt. The execution itself still is not a certainty
