BRAVEThe average music listener never liked the idea of rap in its purest form. Melody becoming a default part of rap allowed ppl to “embrace” rap but they really just like singing with the cool image that only hiphop can provide
melody has always been a part of rap music, people use melody in their voice when they talk regularly why wouldn't they do the same thing when they're rapping
