Better Watch Out and Summer of 84' are some really underrated horror movies in the last few years.

They don't do anything crazy/new but they are well made, good kid actors, don't feel too generic and entertaining.

Also this thread deader than ever....as dead as the KTT1 thread.

wasn’t a huge fan but Summer of 84 had more balls than the two It movies and Stranger Things. I’ll give it that.

Soundtrack for Summer of 84' goes f***ing hard. Very Stranger Things influenced, but I'm a sucker for all that old 80's synth s*** lol

Just finished my Summer of 84' rewatch.

Last 30 minutes are so good.

The ending is the least bit generic/cliche and was ballsy, since most horror movies wouldn't do what they did.
