Skip resurrection tbh and maybe give Sleepaway Camp a shot if you haven't seen it before. Probably my favorite slasher flick of all time.

Besides True Detective S1 has this guy Fukunaga done anything really worthwhile ? Idk if he had anything to do with the script but I dont remember it being that much different
Beasts of No Nation is an underrated gem. Powerful film.

@MacFoley amc plus is cheeks lol
i signed up for the free trial expecting to have a lot of fearfest content like halloween and the like. i go on there today and they removed all of the halloween movies and 90% of the horror movies they had and put them on shudder, which is another service/channel you can subscribe to.
so they offered a free trial and then yanked all of the good movies off of the service. i cancelled immediately

That's strange cause I signed up thru Prime and I've been watching all the Halloween and Scream movies recently

might be an apple tv thing, i signed up through there. on apple tv if you click most of the movies that were under amc plus, they got moved to shudder
@MacFoley they added the movies back on amc lol. good s***, i can watch what i planned too now
Anyone else hate dead meat? Not Bc of their content per se but Bc it just influences a bunch of people to not actually watch movies for themselves

!https://youtu.be/T9K2ARikYzEWatched Sleepaway Camp for the first time two weeks ago. the last shot is actually really haunting. I say actually because older horror movies usually do nothing for me, but the way they were standing with that frozen expression and making that hissing sound, disturbed something deep inside of me

It's iconic and probably one of the scariest things I've ever seen in a horror flick.

Yeah I agree.
Slashers I haven’t seen get a ton of love on here.
Pieces
Blood Rage
Final Exam
Nightmare
Madman
Just Before Dawn

He literally says after each video to watch the movies before watching the kill counts.

And lol? His intentions or what he says doesn’t matter the general YouTube viewer is not watching old horror movies

Then what difference does it make if they weren't planning on watching the movie in the first place? lol

Haven’t seen Final Exam or Nightmare yet but I’ve seen the others
I’ve always wanted to see Final Exam
I like Blood Rage the most prob but Just Before Dawn some of the woods scenes are actually damn scary somehow when the rest of the movie isn’t scary at all

It just perpetuates a culture of not actually watching movies
Movies were made to be watched not have someone on YouTube breakdown the interesting scenes for you
And it’s not like they only do old horror movies so some people really will choose to watch their videos instead of the movie

Just Before Dawn I actually think is really creepy. Just those weird twins and their voice gets under my skin.
