Do u fight humans in this or is it still mostly robot stuff?
Same as the last game, you primarily fight machines but there are also a lot of fights with humans
So far this game is a 7.5/10 to the first game’s 6.5/10. It isn’t great but it is without a doubt better than the first + it looks absolutely gorgeous
Still not sure what my final feelings are on this, I'm prob about 10 hours in and it feels like a refinement of the original in so many ways (I say this as someone who played through the main story of HZD and didn't see why it got so much acclaim). Doesn't bring much new to the table IMO but it does pretty much everything a sequel should do. Still don't really give a s*** about the story but it's more engaging than the first (still blows my mind that there are people who act like the "twist" in that game is mind-blowing). Hoping it continues to hold my interest, I'm already feeling a little bit of repetition but tbh I have been binging the hell out of it. Most fun part to me is taking down big machines. Idk why they continue to throw those long-ass indoor platforming sequences in, by far the worst sections of the game IMO. Main reason I posted this is because I was so surprised gamespot gave it an 8 lol, based on my experience so far and what they'd typically rate a game of this caliber it seems kinda low.
There's a twist in the first game?
I'm ngl, that story bored me so much that I stopped paying attention to the plot

I feel you on the platforming, I feel bad for my mom who beat the original, I keep having to have her share screen so I can scream at her trying to guide her to do these b**** ass platforming sections. Like they put in all these accessibility options and then throw in s*** like that just to make it impossible for the people that are going to use those and it doesn’t even feel good to do them. Need a “skip boring?” Button
I don’t give af about the story at all LOL combat and exploration make it worth the price of admission 100% though
finished the main story, this game was pretty high quality
only glitch I ran into was the game crashing like 4 hours in, never happened after that
story seemed a little jumbled towards the end, I feel like they could have done better explaining it all and making the stakes seem serious. Also would've liked the main antagonists to be less one dimensional
Tremortusks are so damn strong wtf
So are the freakin Shell Snappers. Even though I was trying to beat it at lvl 10 when the quest was lvl 15 recommended lol
soulsjerkers are f***ing annoying

Not surprised.

dunkey s***s on a game: “oh wow he’s so honest, his complaints are all valid”
dunkey a year later admitting he likes it now: “he’s so right, I love rdr2/death stranding”

I only agree with him when he echos my niche opinion
